Explore Portland

Most Portland hotels sit downtown and in the Pearl District, both walkable and well served by light rail and streetcar. Whether you're here for a Trail Blazers game, a Timbers or Thorns match at Providence Park, or a conference at the Oregon Convention Center, you'll have a direct MAX train to Portland International (PDX).

Powell's City of Books fills a full city block in the Pearl District, and downtown's Pioneer Courthouse Square is known as the city's living room. In the hills above downtown, Washington Park holds the International Rose Test Garden and the Portland Japanese Garden.

Portland is also a gateway to the Pacific Northwest outdoors. The Columbia River Gorge and Multnomah Falls are about 30 minutes east, Mount Hood is 90 minutes away, and the Oregon Coast is less than two hours west.
